Our Tradition

A Mickleton tradition that was started in 1865 by Rachel M. Haines that is still continued today. Haines Pork Shop is still providing select cuts of pork and beef to our customers. You can even watch our sausage being ground, seasoned, stuffed, and linked by hand in our shop! Be sure to check our selection of fresh pork, smoked pork, and beef!
