Ingredients:
- 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into 8 pieces
- 2 teaspoons of lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon of minced parsley or chives
Instructions:
- Place each piece of tenderloin between two pieces of plastic wrap and flatten gently with heel of hand
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper
- Heat the butter in a pan and cook the pork for 3-4 minutes on each side
- Remove the pork and keep warm
- Add lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce and mustard to the pan
- Cook and stir until heated through
- Pour the sauce over the pork, sprinkle with parsley and serve
